The Hotel Astrid was opened in 1951, and it is located in a luxurious old building with magnificent style. The building is an architectural monument and is protected by the state. From some rooms you can see the Kurfürstendamm (the main shopping boulevard of Berlin), which is only 20 meters from the hotel. The other rooms overlook a very green and quiet courtyard. We have a small bar in the reception area and our breakfast room can be used as a conference room for up to 40 persons. The Hotel Astrid offers 25 rooms of different sizes. All of them were completely modernized in 2001, but still preserve their original character, with high ceilings and parquet floors. Aus den vorderen Zimmern kann man den Kurfürstendamm sehen (die wichtigste Einkaufs- und Geschäftsstraße Berlins), welcher nur 20 Meter weit vom Hoteleingang entfernt ist und Sie zum Bummeln verlockend einlädt. Aus den anderen Zimmern blicken Sie auf den sehr ruhigen, grünen und hellen Gartenhof hinaus.Alle Zimmer wurden in 2001 zeitgemäß und mit viel Geschmack modernisiert, haben aber Ihren Charakter im Wesentlichen beibehalten. So findet man in vielen Räumen wunderschöne, prächtige Stuckdecken, Parkett- und Dielenböden. Einige Zimmer haben Balkon. Alle Zimmer haben entweder Dusche oder Bad, WC und Haartrockner, und sind mit Kabelfernsehen und Direktwahltelefon ausgestattet.
